EFFICACY AND TOLERANCE OF TRIPLE THERAPY INERADICATION OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI

Aim: To evaluate the efficacy and tolerance of triple therapy in eradication Helicobacterpylori. Subjects methods:Our study is a prospective observational conducted at gastroenterology dept tertiary care hospital, Hyderabad, accepted by institutional ethical committee. A total hundred subjects who were positive for infection helicobacter pylori was screened procedure endoscopy RUT mentioned based on inclusion&exclusion criteria. treated with fourteen days. After completion fourteen-days therapy, assessment Helicobacter carried out after four weeks stool antigen test. Results:In subjects, 60 male 40 female 44.66 yrs mean value age. successful rate seen 91 failure 9 against infection. Conclusion:Standard considered as first-line past two decades effectiveness variable regionally. so, we are concluding that 91% success our region it well tolerated because no discontinued due to adverse effects.
